FluffPlay Refund Policy

At FluffPlay, we're dedicated to creating the purrrr-fect playtime for your furry friends. We believe in the quality and fun our products bring, and we encourage you to let your pet enjoy them for at least 14 days. If, after 14 days and within 30 days of purchase, you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a partial refund.

Cancellation Policy

Need to change or cancel your order? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order might already be on its way to your playful pal.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love FluffPlay products! If you're not completely happy after the 14-day trial period, simply contact us at hello@fluffplay.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the return process and issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Damaged Items

We pack our toys with care, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us at hello@fluffplay.com within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess the situation and may offer a free replacement. Normal wear and tear from playtime isn't covered, though!

Shipping & Delivery

While we aim for speedy deliveries, sometimes delays happen due to things outside our control, like weather or customs. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check your address at checkout! If you notice an error, contact us at hello@fluffplay.com within 24 hours. After that, we can't guarantee changes and won't be responsible for incorrect addresses.
